Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emil Premium. This policy explains how, when, and where we ship your orders.

Where We Ship

We ship across the United Arab Emirates only, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are typically processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched

Other Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ) 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, courier capacity, or other factors outside our control.

Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE for your convenience.

  • A small COD handling fee of AED 10 applies to all COD orders
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time
  • Estimated delivery date

If you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If we're unable to reach you:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse
  • A re-delivery fee may apply for a second dispatch
  • After three failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus shipping and handling fees

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or take photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • For lost packages, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier
  • Refunds or replacements for damaged or lost shipments are handled under our Return & Refund Policy
