Shipping

When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipment through the service providers' tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

We ship to following countries

EMIL PREMIUM ships to over United Arab Emirates and all the countries in GCC except mentioned below countries

Iraq,Libya, Palestine, Somali Rep., Syria, Yemen.

Delivery within UAE
UAE orders are delivered on the same day, or maximum the next working day.

*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.

**Applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.


International shipping (outside UAE)

We have partnered several local companies to do international shipments to our customers across the UAE and GCC countries.

 Estimated delivery time 

Oman/Qatar - 3 Days delivery time

GCC Countries - Emirates Post (Standard) - 7-10 Days delivery time

GCC Countries - Emirates Post (Premium) - 5-7 Days delivery time

Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties and taxes.

EMILPREMIUM.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


Canceling an Order

Please notify us either by chat or email at info@emilpremium.com. If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.

If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel the order within 12 hours.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
